I've just watched
Liverpool v Man City .....a bunch of tarts...on both sides.. The management must be tearing their hair out given the mistakes. The quality of football no better than I watched yesterday at Consett. If anything there was more head-tennis and cynical play with little understanding of positions between...

Second Call for Shop volunteers
We had a very successful trial run on Sat in the Market outlet. I really want to go for daily opening asap but I do need some more midweek volunteers. The idea is that you get a regular slot every week and it becomes part of your life. If interested, please PM with a contact phone number and the day...

Hi Steve I read it - not sure how many more scarves the darlo fans want - I sold 650 to them last season. It wouldnt be a problem to do these or get some more of the Save Darlo type again - just dont want to step on the toes of the club shop Carolyn I think the joint scarf with Bishops is a great i...

Re: Do we boycott certain clubs next season?
Ridiculous suggestion, based on self interest and a little jealousy I feel. I think some fans thought we'd rock up in the NL, and with our massive (to be proven) crowds, would sweep all before us on our march through the leagues. Turns out a few teams have some money behind them - suddenly they are...

Re: Tees Radio Coverage
I did the last fans' panel of the season as Darlo rep. Mark Drury sort of hinted that we'd still be involved if we managed to stay at Unibond or better. Sadly the FA decided otherwise. Have to admit that the day-to-day Darlo news on players/transfers etc seems to have dried up on Tees at the moment....

Want to add to this that we will be running a subscription service for exiles and a prepay scheme (guarantees your programme even if you miss a match). All we need is a regular monthly pdf on here that can be printed off at source. Take a couple to work -stick one in the car - local shop etc. That is practically no cost and can be updated at will when fixtures change.

I just don't like Darlington FC 1883 as a name that's all. Why don't you like Darlington Town, no-one will use Town will they? How many times are West Ham actually called West Ham United or Leeds called Leeds United or Tottenham called Tottenham Hotspur for that matter. 1883 is four digits, as is T...
