Re: Clock's ticking for Spendy
No it'll reduce the capacity, as you could get a good few more in that end when it was just terracing, before seats were installed and the capacity hasn't been increased anywhere else in the ground. I'd be surprised if the game isn't made all ticket, considering the likelihood of us bringing up a l...

Re: Spennymoor v Bromley @ Blackwell Meadows
Pitch looked good tonight and it was a good game and Trophy run altogether despite tonight's result. Thank you very much for your help in getting this game to go ahead. A backlog of league fixtures to catch up on now but the last thing we needed or wanted was another trip to Bromley on Saturday! See...

Re: Spennymoor v Bromley @ Blackwell Meadows
Still tipping it down, I'd be amazed if there wasn't a very early inspection, which won't give the pitch long to recover. What happens if the game is called off, will you play the replay on Saturday, when the first leg of the semi-final should have taken place? Replay would then be on Saturday but ...

Re: Darlo help Spennymoor Town out
Excellent of Darlington and Hartlepool to help us out in our time of need. Really needed the game to be on tonight and it being rearranged for next Tuesday means Chorley away will now need to be moved. Paired with Telford and Kidderminster home games still to be rearranged, plus the Salford away and...

Re: FA Cup draw
As a Spennymoor fan, I personally am extremely happy with the draw. They might not be one of the most well liked teams about but it's still a huge occasion for the club and the town of Spennymoor. Having done most of the 92 as well, Stadium MK is one of about 20 I haven't done so i'm looking forward...

That's a fair summary but I think you're being generous saying Galbraith's sitter was from 15 yards out. Ps £4 in? Are you only a child? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Cheers mate. Re: Darlo v Kiddie Match Thread
Was at tonight's game. You lot looked good and arguably deserved a point from that game. The Kidderminster keeper was brilliant though and I felt they defended well throughout. Can see them and yourselves being playoff contenders this season - Good Luck https://lgcsportingvoyages.wordpress.com/2016/...

Re: Billingham Synthonia 0 - 5 Darlington
Hunter was there but not used. One point I noted, the last BS substitute appeared to be playing in spectacles. (Good shot of him taking a throw in leading to our 3rd goal.) I have never seen this at any senior level. ?? Is it not dangerous for him and opposition? Didn't Edgar Davids play in tinted ...

Re: Friendlies...or lack of
If the big teams have pulled out it's likely because we aren't able to use the Arena after all, don't you think? I wonder id Spenny will play us? It'd have to be at a neutral venue if you did play us. The Brewery Field is having a lot of maintenance done to it over the summer so all of our friendli...

As a Notts County fan also, I sincerely hope we haven't been one of the clubs that voted for this atrocity. The EFL are potentially robbing proper fans the chance to visit Wembley one day in order to pamper for the Premier League clubs. This is stage one of Premier League B teams entering the pyrami...

While Chandler would have improved us, if it's true he (or any other target - there must be at least one based on that Echo interview the other week) was playing us off against Spennymoor to get more money then I'm glad we didn't sign him. We are still in a position where we are very attractive to ...

For me, Nightingale was one of the best players in the Evo Stik NPL1N this past season and absolutely ran the show when Farsley beat us 4-0 on 28th December. Very good signing for you
