Nice one OG I actually thought it was never really going to happen .
P.S. I will leave you to guess whether it's the new stadium or money for NHS that I am referring to !!!

Re: New kit

I do agree with my more prolific name lookalike that better signage on Grange Road would be welcome but that is an old chestnut and off topic here . A lot of comments above have said that hoops are best known to younger members but as an octogenarian who first watched the Quakers in 1951/52 and rare...

Re: New kit

I like hoops they are part of our identity as a club so have to vote 2 ..... it's the nearest to what I would prefer , but if the commercial argument is valid I hope sales are improved just have a feeling they could be worse

Re: Democracy under threat.

I'm aghast , so much out of touch with the real world and so remote from the facts . It is indeed pointless to engage in debate but edjohns I can tell you I lived through Hitlers war , though young at the time , and modern day Germany is not remotely like the nazi regime we fought back then .

There is nothing new about MPs changing from one party to another , Winston Churchill did it and he carried on getting elected .

Re: Democracy under threat.

The Leave Campaign persuaded me to uphold traditional British values which I take to include integrity and honesty Example of a liar = Boris Johnson . Oh and by the way Darlogrumps both remainer and leaver MPs blocked the election attempts because their first priority is to stop no deal , there will...

Re: Club news

I have a feeling that I may be the only one left who remembers that in the early 1950s there was always a brass band playing on the pitch before each home game . Last thing before the team came out they always played "I am Henry the eighth I am I am" the crowd used to sing along to it ! I can't imag...

I thought this was a thread about football rumours but since people have decided that local government boundaries are more fun the really smart ones may like to figure this one out. Following my years of work as a public servant I have a pension paid into my bank every month by the West Midland Coun...

Season 2017/18 a point of view

What a roller coaster ride the season has been . I am wondering what single comment sums up the whole thing ?
For me I would say it feels better to finish twelfth after climbing up from the relegation zone than it would feel to finish eleventh after dropping from the payoffs !

I like 5
The survey asks for date of birth , we often hear that the fan base is skewed towards the older age groups so although it may not be fully representative I would be curious to see a breakdown of the respondents , these are the fans most likely to participate in club initiatives .

I do not think we will go down any more than I think we will reach the playoffs but I do believe we can finish in the top ten . Given all that has gone on this season I will regard that as a satisfactory end result .
