Re: Sukar returns

I read it as Scarborough did t want to extend the loan due to some medical issues Jas has had which has meant he has missed the last two weeks.

We’ve come along way.

Job is not done yet, but we have got ourselves in a position nobody would have ever believed just over a month ago.

Stay up and this will be like a mini promotion.

Re: Darlington V Peterborough Sports

For me the MOM was Cedric main he's a really good footballer holding the ball up well, tackling good winning the ball and some off his passes are sublime straight to a forward mostly finding their target.  Really. I thought he was off the pace today, and a bit lazy at times. I th...

Re: Darlington V Peterborough Sports

Thought we were pretty poor until we scored, after that we looked far better. But I think a draw would have been a fairer result for a pretty decent Peterborough Sports team. The PA is rubbish especially in the tinshed, I never heard who was MOTM or the crowd announcement. Motm was given this Will....

Re: South Shields v Darlo

Surely that means Asante is fit and ready to feature? If there's no mention of him in the preview yet he is nowhere to be seen on Saturday then that's ridiculous from the club. Don’t know why it’s not been mentioned but Asante picked up a groin injury in training in Thursday Sent from my iPhone usi...

Re: South Shields

I've looked at the goal highlights and to me the handball claims for their first goal look iffy. Hatfield is all over their forward - he however keeps strong and seems to nudge the ball forward with the top part of his shoulder. Then on to our penalty, wow! Looks soft to me. :) Agreed just watched ...

Sadly this does not surprise me at all. Thought it was a Spennymoor fan in the wind up to start with.

Nothing about it made sense, like nothing. Sadly it has affected players, real people. All because some nugget somewhere in the world has a warped mind.

Re: Abuse at Scarborough

Reading the fa statement takes around 6 months to complete so I can see why. The club now have many actions to complete because of these unnecessary and unacceptable comments from a few. Supporter Liason Officer being one of the actions. The report is worth reading of you have a few hours spare Sent...

Re: Darlo v Peterborough Sports

Actually think yesterdays was worse than the Boston one (which I didn't think was actually red with benefit of highlights). This one is right on the margin, but it looks red to me. I'd say the only slight mitigating factor is his right foot doesn't look to have weight behind it - most of his weight...

Re: Spennymoor Away (KO 1pm)

My gripe really is with the moments after the sendings off. You just cannot send both people off at the same time without any stewarding or stagger the departures. There was somebody who came to the front of the stand and started arguing with Armstrong, a bloke in spennymoor tracksuit was stood to t...

Re: Spennymoor Away (KO 1pm)

The fracas at the end, Morley starting in Alun and Alun completely lost it. I thought he was going to break free from the players holding him back. Spennymoor really does have some poisonous characters in its ranks. After Alun and Bernard were rightly sent off you just cannot send them both down th...

Re: Spennymoor Away (KO 1pm)

Had the referee taken action straight away against Morley I don't think that alun would have got involved as he wouldn't have needed to,the reff must take responsibility for not acting on the indiscipline from the spennymoor bench, that is where the problem stemmed from.he the referee is In charge ...

Thought he was a solid player to be honest, but injuries appeared to put him down the pecking order towards the end of the season.

I was a nailed on penalty on rivers happened right in front of me and did to the quiet atmosphere you could clearly hear the contact. I cannot understand why the ref waved play on.

Overall Bradford had the best chances and Tommy once again played a blinder.

Terrible news, James was a fantastic lad, would do anything for anybody. A huge loss and thoughts with his family and all of his mates. Thoughts with you all, even ran the line for him in one of the matches he was reffing. Did so much for our club and at such a young age. [IMG]https://uploads.tapata...

Alun has stated that the referee said he sent Luke off as he saw him elbow the back of Curtis’ head. Didn’t happen so personally I feel we have good grounds for appeal but won’t be satisfied unless Curtis receive a retrospective red card.

Spennymoor game

Trouble wise it was handbags that lasted two minutes. All totally avoidable though by having police or even more than one steward in the section between the stand and the concrete plinth we were allocated to stand on. As soon as bricks were thrown from outside the ground into the Darlo fans then a r...
