Re: Best opponents faced this season

Yes Brackley were impressive and as much as were were woeful, Altrincham were very good.

Saw Tommy looking very angry after the game. And well he should. That was shocking.

Re: Tommy Wright: 19/20 Season. Yay or Nay

Also so far 25 people have voted, which is hardly representative of our total support. Why isn't it? I think he means its not a true proportionate representative of the fan base Why isn't it? At what number can we say "ah that's more like it, that's a good representation of the fanbase"? 50? 100?, ...

Re: Step 4 Reorganisation

4 more midweek games isn’t totally what we would want I guess. Makes no odds it will happen if that’s what they want to do. If the article is correct the NLN/S teams voted for 24 clubs as opposed to 22. An extra 2 games home income probably being the motive Exactly that. At our level more (genuinel...

Makes sense if it creates a 2:1 between steps 3 and 4 plus I’m hoping Stockton get the nod in the new step 4 league.

Re: Spenny Bottle

I'd rather they went up to be honest. The less bankrolled village teams in the league the better in the short term future. They'll all go too far and nature will take its course eventually. People said that about Salford and Harrogate last season but they will just keep on coming. Next season it wi...

Still got this feeling that Styche will come back. That would be some start to next season's team building but sadly cannot see it but I think he would jump at the chance if finances allow. Re: Next season

Im no body language expert but Tommy looks really uncomfortable in his pmi these last few matches. Yesterday is telling because we won the game and he still looks down. In the past after a win he's all smiles but yesterday he had his defeat face on. Looks a broken man to me. Contrast with Jim Gannon...

Re: Salford lost £34k a week

Bonkers! Martin Gray was always banging on about Salford. Salford this/ Salford that, but they are in a different galaxy to us. The money they are able to spend is incredible - but it was always going to be this way. Apparently financial fair play rules in League 2 will make things harder for them....

Ainge had a header that the keeper did well to tip over in the first half. They scored from a free kick when we went to sleep at the back. Not much happened in the second half. The highlight was a bullet header from Tommo from the edge of six yard box on the by line that hit a defender and looked de...

TO post in the Echo is interesting. He’s picked up on our defensive lack of shape and has singled out Trotman for leaving Elliot to cover right back. I see this week in week out and never hear TW screaming at Trots to get back in position. The lack of direction from the coaching staff is clear for a...

Gateshead are also full time so they don't have players juggling games, training and work during the week. Very easy to work on your fitness when you have all day every day to do something about it. Its also easier to get players drilled into what you want from them if you work with them everyday, ...

I don’t want to keep harping on about it but the site I posted is doing much more than projecting on a points per game basis. I believe it uses Monte Carlo simulation.

Our projected results look like a good stab to me.
