Very encouraging performance, some great performances and a very encouraging first game of the season. Excellent crowd of 1591, were richly entertained. Crowd figure was 1444 according to the official website. As a matter of interest did anyone on here sample the catering on offer today, and if so ...

To me Houchen was a much worse chairman and Scott & Sizer were equally just as bad all about the money not the club.
Who on earths houchen?
I obviously meant Houghton not Ben Houchen.

Re: New stadium funding

As football fans we all have different views whether it’s on stadium, team selection, players, managers and most will take other fans views there are though several on this forum that think they are always right, think they know who they are.

I’ve never understood why MG is blamed for overspending, isn’t it the boards job to not allow him to do so? I think people forget that Martin Jesper left without to much notice followed by Dave Mills on even sorter notice at the time when the club had to move out of Bishop otherwise we would have b...

The main thing is not get drawn into the bottom of the table and just stay up this season. We need to regroup next season but unless something fundamentally changes next season will be the same. We need to bring some investment to increase the playing budget in ASAP.

Game was pants but a decent day out. After the positive forum it really doesn’t matter what we are doing off the pitch if we are not entertaining on it, I don’t expect to win every game but at present it’s lack lustre

As a woke leftie loony, I was obviously rarther pissed off to see the latest PR escapade. One aspect of this has so far been overlooked and that is the selling of alcohol to be consumed on the terraces while the game is in progress. I thought there was a rule which prevented alcohol being drunk when the game is in progress at NLN level but clearly can’t be the case. Not sure exactly whe...

Can't even grind out a point against 10 men, very poor....but you know we've got to allow a bit more time before asking questions.

Agree only two games in plenty of time before we push the panic button.
