Re: Signings

In our last away game at Guisely, Ainge looked bored and out of sorts - he was just going through the motions, but not very well. In fact the situation that day reminded me of the final games of Andy Crosby back in 98, a good player who wanted away and quite simply couldn’t be arsed. True. However,...

Re: Signings

Atkinson lines up in the number 10 shirt if that makes any difference. I’m guessing he played midfield rather than right back.

Re: Signings

A little dream for next season

Jameson, Trotman, Watson, Galbraith, Ainge, Holness, Wheatley, Rivers, Thompson, Nicholson, Maguire.

Maybe another centre half for Ainge?

Re: Guiseley match thread

Abysmal game today. Both teams hoofed it. The ref wanted to be the centre of attention. Only Holness, Thommo and the keeper come out with any credit today. Why did we insist on long balls to Kit Elliott missing out our midfield? Like another poster, I liked the bit I saw of Bascome at least he tried...

Re: Another summer of change ahead

So I am going to try and avoid the discussion around manager and just talk about players, although the two are intrinsically linked. So I work out we currently have 15 players with a number of those contracts are up at the end of the season and some just not sure about. Goalkeeper Maddison - Clearl...

Re: Next season

I’m not sure that we are that far off being a decent team. A goalie and a striker with a solid midfielder which looks like it could be Holness (and Palmer if we could get him back). Dreaming ... Barts Trotman Jackson (loan) Smith (loan) Galbraith Ainge Nico Holness Styche?!? Kneeshaw Thompson Elliot...

Re: Darlington V FC United

4 U21s and a returning captain in the FCUM line up. Holness in for Trotman for Darlo. Wheatley fit enough for the bench.
