Re: Walsall V Darlington FA Cup First Round Proper

If Shields had any sense they would extend Cornell’s loan by a months which would show them as a club that cares about its players. Instead everyone now knows they are just a bunch of greedy, mean minded tw@ts that don’t give a toss about their players, hopefully an attitude that will come back and...

Aaron burn

Went to watch tadcaster Albion play Workington in the fa trophy last night they are now under the caretaker management of a former keeper of ours Mike Ingham who got injured during the first half. He was replaced by a young lad named Aaron burn. Who was apparently released by us last season does any...

Having seen the pigs ear assombolonga made of an absolute sitter at derby county last Saturday maybe woodgate will put Tyrone straight into the first team after all he is playing with confidence. My Boro supporting friend has told me on a few occasions that their strike force has been appalling this...

As transparent has it sounds we have to beat them at the first time of asking we're capable of beating them at the first time of asking we must not give a full time club a second bite of the cherry. My mind stretches back to last season Southport allowed Tranmere rovers a late equaliser at prenton p...

Re: Liam Connell - Boost the Budget

Most people are having a right twist on at South Shields for wanting a fee for a player who is contracted to them and belongs to them now feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but when Phil Turnbull fell out of favour with Tommy wright I don't remember us letting him sign up for the tynesiders free o...

My downer on Styche is he was a big timer in a moderate team I have to salute his goal scoring but he wasn't a team player and should have helped the others more - would we have him back now? For all his faults he did fetch Β£25'000 into the club with his marathon bet goal celebration agree with mos...

They might be a derby rival but we are always welcomed with open arms through at their place allowed a p...

Re: Darlington V Kidderminster

Looking forward to this, but I don't see a big crowd. Too much other stuff on, as TKOA has pointed out. On a Saturday, i think it would've had a healthy crowd and a decent travelling contingent also. There'll be a bus load from Kidderminster at most. At least the weather is alright, which will help...

I watched the highlights on the football league show on quest last night Walsall's defence looked absolutely all.ovet the place. Here's hoping there's no change at the helm before they play us. Mansfield town looked so much more organized.

Re: FA Cup draw - Darlo Away to Walsall

There is one good thing about being drawn away again it means the rugby club don't get to sponge another thousand plus off us in rent for this same reason I hope we emulate that league cup result from ten years ago without the need for a replay.

It would be fantastic if we could get Ipswich town away a dream draw for Alun Armstrong one of his former clubs.we played them at Portman road in the league cup in the mid 1980's but I missed out has I was in a dead end job at the time. Also my favourite schoolboy club back in the days Bobby Robson ...

I've had a peep on their fans forum they were very impressed with Tyrone O'Neill but say he only looks about sixteen. However they were also impressed by our number of traveling supporters. Think and dream on about the army we could take to a big club.

Maybe Nantwich lowest ranked northern team? They're a place below Whitby but if it's not regionalised it makes no difference!
Don't want Nantwich we played them in our northern premier League days it down near Wrexham and a pig of a place to get to.

Prior to this season we had lost four consecutive home games in the fa cup and fa trophy. Who was today's referee and why do the rugby club have such a problem with us was there any need to partition the bar off after today's game it's high time we stopped paying rent until 6pm has each game they make it strikingly obvious they want us out long before then.
