To be fair our transfer listing of players was a pretty poor effort. We didn't actually send a circular round other clubs who might be interested. Obviously just dependent on word of mouth. I think the wording is reviewed at least once every 5 years. To review it so quickly after it was agreed would cost £££ to go through a public inquiry to make changes.
