Re: Darlington v Alfreton 10/02/24
What a boring awful interview that was with TM. Learnt nothing except stuff that we already know. Same questions, same answers. Why oh why cannot we ask and learn about players, who,s likely to be in squad, Will Barrow be fit, what’s wrong with Asante etc etc. Things of interest. Oh, and while we a...

Re: Any new faces
Hopefully something will be announced today rather than tomorrow night. Try build up some excitement for the game before people decide to sack it off and go shopping. Heard any rumours loan star? Re: Blood on hands/heads must roll
If it has been pre agreed with the club that he isn’t required at all away matches then he’s done absolutely nothing wrong and I imagine that is the case. It’s clearly non essential for a part time club to have a goalkeeping coach travel to the other end of the country just to warm up our experienc...

Re: Darlington V Scunthorpe
Torrential rain tonight, I'd be very surprised if the game goes ahead. It's also forecasting winds in excess of 50mph around 9pm. I guess there will be a pitch inspection this afternoon before their fans travel. Also with the wind direction I doubt fans in the tinshed will be able to stay dry. I ho...

Seen on the Scunny forum that some of them are going to try getting in the home end to avoid being out in the open end.

Re: TRANS PENNINE EXPRESS SALE
Thanks for this. We've decided to make a rare trip to a home game v Hereford. I accidentally paid for 6 return tickets (I wanted 3) that were £12. I just couldn't remove them so now we're asking our mates to be glory hunters for a day! I am, as ever, travelling rather more in hope than in expectati...

Heard a few rumours that he might be coming. Reliable? Nothing at all so far? Quite reliable and then darlo retro posted a picture of him so only fuelled the rumour Darlo Retro is Stoddart. He’s made a mistake before when he announced Aaron Martin was being announced when it was BS  Although P...

None of this wishy washy crap where people aren’t happy we’ve not appointed someone they want yet.
For 90 minutes, we need to be united and back the lads non stop towards a hopeful 3 points.

I hope they set off very early, as they'll probably waiting in a very long car queue north of Doncaster on the A1M. Really looking forward to this game, hopefully the fairly mild weather, will bring out a decent crowd, hopefully 1800. 1,800? What are you smoking Pete? We will be lucky to get that v...

Re: Banbury v Darlo
I think the game on Saturday must be in serious doubt. I'm on the South coast and there's been loads of rain, with roads closed by flooding. There's another load of rain coming through tomorrow morning. I'd expect an early pitch inspection tomorrow morning, to stop the team and fans travelling down...

We won't come back up anytime soon if we go down, some big teams in the league below with bigger budgets that us.
It would be an absolute disaster if we go down.
