Re: Assistance request: tommorrow @ Hertitage Park @ 12pm

Just so that you know , I was led to believe that there are actually 2 sets of pitch covers in amongst that pile, you might find that when you put them on .

Re: Other Alternatives

We have plans to Category A we took more than 150k I believe as we were eligible because of promotion but didn't hit the 250k limit for Step B. We may not have league plans as yet, I guess the 5 year plan would need to start looking at this although priority would be to get us to category A which a...

Re: Stadium Blueprint with Waterpipe location

Sounds like you know what you're talking about so I'll take that as fact. Does the net profit also take into account rent, rates etc as well? Good guess Lo! . Good question , it didn't in Darlo's case and we are talking net profit on beer sales which in a normal pub/ restaurant would have other for...

Re: Stadium Blueprint with Waterpipe location

Confirmation of the Bishop deal is above from footie fan, which does match why we had a rent reduction after about the first season. Knowing who footie fan is then you can take his account as 100% accurate, a reduction in rent to save the hassle about percentage of bar takings. I don't know who foo...

Re: Stadium Blueprint with Waterpipe location

Spoke to the guys behind the bar about it at Bishop and we didn't get a penny. How would the people behind the bar know ? To put the record straight , for the first season Darlington were getting half the net bar profits ( which believe me can be a real ball ache to work out ) An agreement was reac...

Re: NANTWICH MATCH POSTPONED :(

Going to be an administrative nightmare trying to get all Bishop and Darlington matches fitted in before end of season. I am glad I don't have job of fixture secretary at the 2 leagues or groundsman at HP The pitch at HP is going to be used frequently between now and end of season Heritage Park has...

Yes that's what I meant, and clearly you understood, so really it serves no purpose to patronise me, apart from to try to make yourself appear clever. I wasn't patronising you! I was far more concerned that if someone from Bishop read the post and sees Darlington fans talking about getting their ha...

Play Off games will most likely be at Heritage Park, I would think the League Committee would have something to say about it...But as grounds that could a sizable capacity The Hetton Centre(close to 3,000...Sunderland Reserves have put around 2,900 before) Spennymoor could probably host it Gateshea...

Re: Kendal & Prescot rearranged

(Fortunately, I had not already booked my tickets for John Prescott Cable Stitch, so I'm not in this situation. But it's a nonsense, and it's a nonsense the club agreed to it.) Do the club get to agree with it? In the NL you arranged your own re-arrangements. In this proper league the league organi...

Sad thing is a home match is probably the last thing we need, we will have to play at Bishop and the costs will no doubt outweigh the income on the night.

With all these extra things happening at the arena it makes less chance that the " arena-ists" amongst you will get y...
