Re: Farsley Away

Live in Pudsey and weather should be fine just a very cold wind (so says Paul the weatherman on BBC look North). Make sure you wrap up warm and see you all there.

Re: Ossett Albion V Darlington FC

Fair bit of snow in the Wakefield area but chance of thaw on Thursday and Friday due to rising temperatures. May be a problem with water logging as ground slopes down, lower than the adjoining cricket pitch

Re: Jenny Chapman

My son just played in a rugby tournament there. Lots of land available for development. Could easily fit a football stadium alongside existing rugby set up or if amenable develop first team pitch with seating opposite the clubhouse and terracing at either end. Mind you also played at the arena yeste...

Re: RIP Farsley Celtic

A great shame. I only live a couple of miles from the club - great local childrens set up chkids from all over west leeds area go there. A friendly club - went to see them play Rushden and Diamonds couple of seasons ago when they were in the Conference - bout 600 fans there. The ground was desperate...

Hull City interesting - under innovative chairmanship (Pearson) able to build up core base - rem...

Re: Interesting tweets from the fans forum

Old debate I know but 2500-3000 hardcore fans will never make the Stadium pay. Vital that positive publicity builds beyond this core base - admittedly slowly and within sensible financial constraints. How many beyond those that read fan sites such as this get to hear of positive stories - instead in...

Re: Interesting tweets from the fans forum

Raj needs to build enthusiasm for the club amongst the local community - anything from the forum that suggests he will do this? I hope a defeat at Aldershot doesn't dampen any new spirits and worse still a poor performance on the box against Leeds. Must say what I saw at Bradford PA didn't really in...
