Re: Help Win £1000 For The Darlo Youth Team - VOTE HERE
Don't think there's a way to see how many votes people have. We have 99 so far. What we can do with is our club taking ownership of the account I've set up and publicise it how they wish. £1000 is a lot of money to us. They could then add their own spin on the profile. Keep voting though regardless....

An update: 47 votes now. Keep voting people. Going to need a lot more than this. Tried contacting the club in Facebook and Twitter about this but no response.

Help Win £1000 For The Darlo Youth Team - VOTE HERE
Like the Phones 4 U Competition the fans won some time ago this is worth while to enter but the club have only until the end of the month to top thr leader board. If the club can promote the campaign they can quite easily do it particularly with the large following on social media: Vote for Darlingt...

Re: Stockdale rumour
The club need to be more transparent in terms of the money the club spend and what they owe. This is one of the main reasons IMO that some fans are becoming frustrated and losing interest. We were promised transparency from the very start. At the beginning we received a breakdown on monies owed but ...

its just a trial though isn't it? Not that I am aware of. I've downloaded it for Android and no mention of it being a trial. I just assumed it was free. It may ask you for a library card number. If it does then type in random 7 numbers and that should give you unlimited access to the newspapers [SM...

Can we not get some up and coming bands from the area involved with the club and play some of their tracks pre match and half time?

I do not think this is just a case of choosing the likes of Fisher over AJ. Other than my disagreement about how the budget is used, I disagree with MG's man management. I am sure the way MG went about selling AJ may have even unsettled the squad. If people don't know, before AJ even knew about MG ...

5. Do not expect Gray to whistle up replacements of sufficient quality to match the Ramsbottom's of this world, because it is unlikely to happen. How much do you think player's of that ilk would command pay wise in North Eastern terms? More than we can afford, I would guess, unless our crowds impro...

Re: Just a question to you all....
People talk and I'm quite sure that DTID is correct with those figures - the 90k playing budget represents a CUT from the budget that I heard about last season, so to be honest it's pleasing. The staff figure of 78k seems mental at first glance, but, thinking about it we have a full time secretary....

Re: Just a question to you all....
The main thing is we stay within budget and if that means Evostik so be it. The fact we have some competition this year brings back an air if reality. Feels like a normal season with all the uncertainty again. On reflection sfeamrolling this league was never going to happen. Stay within the budget?...

Re: Andrew Johnson signs for Spenny
It def cost us the amount I've quoted, it may well have been signing on fee we paid initially. I am sure it would be confirmed if asked at a fans forum.Quakerz wrote:Signing on fee?
Though the thought of Northern League players getting a large signing on fee is a joke.

From what I was told a while ago, the most likely site for the new stadium would be where the golf course is.

Yeh identical. Seeing as though both the CIC and DFC have the same CEO. What has the CEO got to do with it? The CEO does the bidding of the shareholders. Do you think if Mike Ashley was not CEO of Newcastle United (which you're implying he is), he wouldn't get what he wanted done? To be fair, in my...

I don't see why anyone is taking issue with A Kick in the Jacobs raising what sounds to me like a perfectly legitimate concern. If he kept his concern to himself and contacted the club about it, then shared the response in the future, he'd be criticised for keeping things to himself. Sent from my N...

Yes, liked the way the HMRC thing was slipped in, like we all knew about it... First I heard of it! Thought people knew that someone forgot to put tax into the budget plan?! These are the exact reason I have cut all ties with the club. It is not being ran how it should be, yet again we aren't being run within our means, the board are dishing out silly lengthened contracts, there is a total lack of transparency and more. This is NOT fans run club (well not by fans who ha...

I don't know exact figures. I've never asked him and never would because it is not the sort of question you ask someone. When you consider how much our highest earning players are on and the roles/responsibilities Martin has, £30k a year seems pretty accurate to me. It isn't his wage which worries ...
