Re: Spennymoor game

Re trouble today, Ask why Head of Safety from Spennymoor Town remains in post after repeated failures to ensure crowd safety? Vs Darlo 2 years ago Vs York City FC this season, & then todays farcical stewarding, especially when fans were segregated today. He is Unfit for Head of Safety Role Who is H...

Re: Spennymoor game

There has been quite a lot of rain around today and possibly a bit more to come by Boxing Day. I assume that the drainage at the Brewery Field has improved since the work done to improve the pitch and the game will not be in any danger. It will take some waterlogging the pitch at Spennymoor with al...

600 tickets for us and 2000 for spenny πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Have Spenny ever sold 2000 tickets in the home end?!
I would think it's a possibility selling 2000 tickets, Spennymoor have an average crowd of 1608

It's Foggitt every time! But don't worry as it's a Football League standard pitch with the best covers money can buy and postponements are a thing of the past. Premier league standard without under soil heating, problem with covers, a lot of snow will make it hard removing, the pitch is one of best...

So polar bear, your saying it's off , so why is the club holding back this information, if it's off then the club need to say so, stop fannying around and get it online, stop people paying for a service that they can't use.

Re: Spennymoor away

Spennymoor is covered in snow and no chance of melting with current climate If you had a decent sized fan base you could ask for volunteers to clear any snow off the pitch. Yer 200 less than Darlington, not a good idea to ask fans with shovels to possibly take chunks out of one of the best playing ...

Just heard its off?
Flash scores shows it as postponed - but then it has it as being play ed at Spenny so don't assume its true.
If had been at Spennymoor, it would of been certainly on, the pitch is in perfect condition, thanks to the excellent drainage system

I can see why you might want to overstate things if your avowed aim is to be the "biggest and best" in County Durham. I don't want to labour the point but if you have a few spare seconds just take a look at the start of these highlights and tell me if you think the official near-900 attendance look...

I'd be amazed if Gray was even a consideration. He'll see how Tommy Miller does in the next couple of games while he touts around for potential managers. Wouldn't be surprised to see a shock contender for it. And as someone mentioned 'multi million point investment'...wonder if there's still potent...

Other larger clubs have been doing this for a while. I guess it wouldn't take Ainsley very long to ring all the supporters at Spendy.

Where's this rain and wind we were promise is Dennis running late? the only 2 games who decided game on, are on, looking like the rest of league got it wrong. Not sure his owld legs will be up to performing on a pitch that resembles a scene from 1917.
comparing
1 better pitch with pop up sprinklers, england u18 playing on it
2 better flood lights
3 better ground
4 better team
5 better fans
6 no scum bag fans
