Re: Ramsbottom v Darlington Tuesday 24th September
MG won't hold his hands up. Defeats like this are the fans fault, afterall you don't support in the numbers he needs to sign top quality players to push for promotion! If it all goes tits up its your fault, afterall you're a fan owned club, MG is a very wise person, listen to him....If you win the l...

Re: Tom Atkinson signs
I was just stating facts? Are you compariing to ian wright or chris smalling? What on earth are you on about "preventing another player leaving the northern league"? He hasn't been playing in the Northern League has he? And there are more ex darlo players from last season still playing in the northe...

Re: Fans Engagement Workstream, CIC Board Q&A
Fair enough Jazz, but all you do is talk based on supposition and guesswork because the reality is you all have as much stake in the actual running of your club as the mince pies at Whitley Bay and your probably as thick as the pastry too... What on earth is a well run club who narrowly avoided admi...

Re: Fans Engagement Workstream, CIC Board Q&A
So who are the CIC buying the shares from if they are buying already issued shares? Are new shares being issued? Surely if that's the case, original shareholdings will be diluted and lose value?

Re: Fans Engagement Workstream, CIC Board Q&A
Seems to me that the other shareholders, many of whom are fans too, are getting their shareholding diluted by the way the CIC is buyin more shares in the club. Shudnt the CIC buy shares from existing minority shareholders therefore maintaining the value of those shares? After all if the CIC continue...

Re: Fans Engagement Workstream, CIC Board Q&A
Unethical and unhealthy for the CIC to become dependent on the two football board members for the collection of their membership income. Also gives a false impression of the membership of the CIC too. Is it legal for the CIC to increase its shareholding in this way? Are all other shareholders being ...

Darlofan97 you don't know that is what led to the unpaid tax bill. You haven't explained why 52 percent ownership equals one member of the football club board. You don't know what the backroom staff budget is unless you find it in your accounts (if they're posted on time) or you could ask your backr...

Re: New Club Statement
I can't believe a business would pay off legacy debt and not pay (or even more unbelievably 'forget' to pay) its tax bills! This raises questions ie has any legacy debt actually been paid off and if so, how much? If last season, you had to borrow 50K to avoid administration because of not budgeting ...

Has anyone ever wondered what will happen when your agreement to groundshare with Bishop is up? They could pretty much increase the sub rent to whatever they like... Good idea to keep them sweet I reckon..how long is there left on ur groundsharing agreement?

What MJ said and subsequently published is exactly that. Some of the 'interpretations' and 'what he actually means' etc are frankly laughable. I love the 'leave the running of the club to the people who have got us where we are' great. Where exactly are you? You fcuked the NL by spending all of your...

Really Spyman? 'Poeple in a stable condition can be on life support'..that really is stretching an analogy. In general if someone on life support is stable its because they are on life support. Withdraw that support and guess what? How long will the life support have to continue until the stable pat...

Re: NEW GROUND
Good luck on wednesday. How does slagging NL and its teams off make you a fan owned club. Check your own clubs website, you won't find that claim anywher, the closest you will find is the term 'community based'. A neat turn of phrase as that is currently St Helens Auckland. I hope things go well for...

Re: Darlo...where the bailout really went...
No they didn't get a penny. And as yous proably know that was a result of the club ceasing to exist. Have Darlo honoured all their debts to creitors or just the ones they had to under FA rules (therefore enabling a share of the sell on clauses). If Darlo get a sell on clause windfall will they honor...
