Re: Away to Trafford in the FA Cup

I did have an impulsive thought-could you do Irlam v York then rush over to Urmston/Flixton for 3 but it's too tricky. I remember a mate going to Portsmouth v Bristol Rovers then Exeter's game many years ago. Anyone else done a double? I ran a team in Essex many moons ago on the Saturday we had a h...

Re: Ben Hedley

Back in the day we used to have "utility players". Paul Madeley of Leeds United played everywhere except keeper! He wore every shirt 2-11. It's not unusual for players to able to fill different roles. Gary Brown was okay in goal. Madeley was a better keeper than Sprake! My Cat was a better keeper t...

Re: King’s Lynn

We were OK in the first half - maybe the better side - but woeful in the second half in which we made our customary defensive slips and were generally second best all over the field. AA needs a rethink and get Galbraith in as soon as poss. So much for team bonding with an overnight stay. We did loo...

Never in my wildest dreams did I expect Heaton to be playing for us again. Really hope we can find a way of signing him, as it would be a massive boost and upgrade for our defence. Clearly the lad wants to come back, let's hope this happens. If need be we can fire up boost the budget again to cover...

fantastic effort by one and all now that the target has been reached and the club knows what it's BTB total is why not leave it open for a couple of weeks so that fans who could not contribute in the time scale set might be able to.

AMAZING after one day to have reached so much. I have upped mine from last year, the wife thinks that I am mad! No I am a Darlo fan from afar and cannot attend home games, going to away games does not help the cause, BtB does.
Mine said the same did not tell her I'm upping mine as well.

On a more serious point when we finally are in control of our own catering needs the income will form a vital part of our overall income. A point that the powers to be at the new Tottenham stadium have realised. Their average match day income from catering is £800.000.00 per game Not saying Darlo sh...

From just skimming over the surface of what is going on at FC United and their fall from grace this year, after just about surviving last year, I do begin to fear that this could be Darlo in 12 months time. Less money, lower quality players, a tendency to crumble at home. We may be grateful that th...
