Re: Lock up your daughters!
damn all those pesky feminists who think women should have equality. All of them will surely sign this petition... Lawman hits nail on head. If his appeal is rejected he has to at least publicly show remorse and apologise. The courts judge that he is not a risk to women. I don't believe that playin...

To me, our biggest game of the season is on Saturday. We need to take that attitude with us until the end of the season (or until promotion is confirmed)

We're certainly good enough, I just hope that the recent postponements don't continue and give us a fixture headache towards the back end of the season.

As TSDF points out, if it weren't for the cowardly actions of Davey we may never have enjoyed that day out at Wembley.
If they can sort something out, and make the fan-owned model work then I'm sure they'll find themselves on the climb again before too long.

Hang on, where has this not keeping a low-profile nonsense come from? He absolutely HAS kept a low-profile. After his release, he added a brief video to his website so that everyone would know exactly what his view was at this time (as there was obvious interest). I suspect it was done in this way ...

Re: Blatter. Thick, incompetent, corrupt ?
It's utter lunacy. FIFA needs to be disbanded - there's no way it retains any credibility. Sadly, because of how Blatter and his corrupt cabal have bought off a load of minor, irrelevant footballing nations, FIFA will continue to be propped up. That's the most frustrating thing, that outside of Bri...

Pleased that things are moving along, but we really need to start next season in the town.
A mid-season move would dampen a lot of peoples interests.
Let's aim for the Summer and we can hopefully make a huge song and dance about in the media etc.

Some tasty looking ties in this mornings draw. A lot of people already writing off City's chances against Barcelona but I'm expecting two close games. If City have Kompany, Yaya Toure and Aguero all fight then I think they've got every chance of causing an upset. Wouldn't be at all surprised if all ...

Markovic let himself and his teammates down massively. If he hadn't lashed out then he wouldn't have been able to make a meal out of it.

Darlo anagram quiz
Bit of fun if anyone is interested, all of the following have played for the club at some point. I've only used players from the past twenty years to give as many people as possible a chance. I'll post the answers later in the week. Feel free to reply on here if you can unravel any of them. Hopefull...

Always sad to see a club in this sort of position.
Let's hope that they can manage to get something sorted. I always enjoyed the annual pre-season games in Whitby.

The Sun and the Daily Mail love a good non-story though.
You're completely right though. If the FA managed to get hold of every message that had been sent from a professional footballers phone over the course of a week, I'd imagine we'd be seeing an awful lot of investigations taking place.

Just been appointed as the manager of Wigan Athletic.
Footballing wise, it's a fantastic appointment and Wigan have got themselves a really talented young manager.
I can't imagine the media will let this go without getting involved though.
