Food must be in disposable packaging, and in a small bag/rucksack. Bottles and cans are not permitted into the stadium. No alcohol is ...

Re: food at wemblry

You'd probably get away with a small amount of crisps or chocolate, just don't pack a four course picnic, I'm only going off what happened at the NFL game last year, the guy in front of me had a standard size bottle of water and a sandwich pack both were taken off him and when he complained the stew...

Re: Excited now

I've been to the new Wembley, I went last year for the NFL game which was a great day out but this is so much better, last time I was there for the day out, now it's my team.

Re: Excited now

It's funny I've been non plussed about the whole thing I got my train tickets early and ordered the match ticket the day they came out, but then I largely forgot about it but I've woken up this morning and I can't get the smile off my face, I'm going to see my team at Wembley. :D

Re: whose going to the green man pub pre-match?

We should be getting into London at about 10:40, not sure yet if we're going straight over to Wembley or having a few drinks around Baker street, all to be decided on the train.

Peterborough in the 84/85 season, a 1 - 1 draw, they had won every home game previously and we were unbeaten away.

I work in North shields with a mixture of Mags, Mackems and even one smoggie and they are all genuinely pleased for us. There's a couple of Gatehead fans due in in the morning, I spoke to them both after the match and they both wished us lgood luck, one of them is actually coming to Wembley just for...

On the 07:30 going down and the 19:00 coming back, had to book first class as all the £10 trips had gone, with the Gazzette offer it was still only £39:50 each way and worth every penny.

Don't think they have yet, there is still the huge problem of access to any housing, pretty sure the council won't let a new bridge be built across the skerne which leaves either Quaker lane which is too narrow and can't be widened due to existing housing or building a road around the cricket pitch,...

Re: Darlo MP and Feethams

As far as I understand it, the land was left in trust to the people of Darlington to be used for the purposes of cricket and other sporting activities. The cricket club were to administer that trust so basically we rented the land off the trust. As for selling it, if they do sell it for housing and ...

Do away goals count double or not, and if not, if Gateshead win 1 -0 is it extra time or straight to penalties?
