So, has Knight actually signed then?

Because I can't see anything announcing this anywhere - not on the official site nor on the BBC (bless 'em), only the one on the Echo website on Tuesday saying that he would be signing a contract later that day. Should we all be practising our cartwheels again? Ever seen the Darlington cartwheel dun...

Re: Major Accident

There's a bit about it here . My mate and his bro used to play for them. Col still lives in Darlo - good bass player if anyone's looking, I think Porky's still in the town too. Don't know any of the others or where they are now. All hell broke loose and a mass riot ensued. Porky was disgusted as he...

Jeeez, the natives are really getting quite restless down there. http://unofficialbulls.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=21604 Doubt he'll be there much longer at this rate, but it depends on whether their chairman's got the balls to say he's made a big mistake. Re: Corporate Box Experience v Gateshead

Good to hear the club are putting on a good show off the field. Could you hear the crowd much? That's one thing I don't like about boxes - I prefer those where you can go and sit outside. I suppose it's even worse at Darlo - not having much crowd noise to begin with. I was listening today and it rem...

What TeessideQuaker said.

First time I watched him was in the World Cup (I don't watch much telly) and I thought he was good in patches going forward but a liability defending - far too slow.

For something a little different you could try somewhere like Barcelona.

Never been but people say it's very reminiscent of where I live (Tbilisi) and I've heard a lot of good comments about it. The link above says you can get a 4 night package from Manchester from about £190pp.

Hi guys I will be driving up for this game (I live in South Yorkshire). Is there any on street parking near the ground or is it simply a case of paying a fiver to park? Cheers I park on Chaucer Road. If you park there, walk back onto the main road you came in from (Parkside), turn right, walk under...

Pity it peaks on a Thursday - a couple of days later and I could've gone out into the country here where it's always pitch black and almost always a perfect clear sky. Still, not too bad where I live so I hope to see a few. Saw 3000 meteors in an hour once, from the Sinai peninsula in 1999. Well, I ...

Middlesbrough - Latest attempt to become a city

I was just reading about this - seems Middlesbrough wants to achieve city status in 2012. http://news.bbc.co.uk/local/tees/low/people_and_places/newsid_8783000/8783769.stm One of the questions put to Mayor Mallon was whether the people would consider a change of name to (jokingly) the City of Ironop...
