Atkinson and Greegan only staying to oversee transfers of our better players to York ie Bartlett,Ferguson ,wheatley, then we will follow. I would like to see Aspin or Redfearn who,s dad once played for us . Well that should see some decent money come in, so the roof should be sorted out without us ...

Bet that land around BM is worth a few bob. Hasn't Raj been building houses with Gary Pallister...? It is owned by the council and housing wouldn't be permitted development though. Why would owning the tenants of small plot of land somehow enable the development of wider land? Getting closer.

Re: So, where do we go from here

The only difference is we've lost our long throws which was key to our success
Brown throw in, flick on , GOAL , GOAL
Then teams come out and the likes of Gillies,Thompson,Syers, Ferguson start to play the good open football .

Training should be put round the matches for instance
Monday training ,match Wednesday, light session Thursday, match Saturday.
Hard work should of been done in pre season but some go on holiday the weeks before season starts so that's defeating the object.

Re: Darlington FC V South Shields Match Thread

Again, Gray comparing us with Harrogate and Salford in interview is insubordinate and does not help. Desperation. I wish Gray would stop doing this. It's jealousy. It was alright for him (and us) when we were steam rolling through the lower leagues, and he was constantly lauded as being a great man...
