Clean sheets and finally some understanding in our problematic defensive department, only for us to bring in a keeper who is clearly on the downgrade.

MG it seems has made a terrible error of judgement with this keeper scenario.

Standing behind the goal today, I noticed how vocal our Goalkeeper was, always guiding and instructing the lads in front of him. Didn't have a lot to do barring the one save but he looks assured and has so far, been an excellent signing.

Hardy to Darlo - £15k

A deal that didn't quite work out as planned but that's football. Sometimes big signing come off and sometimes they don't. Whether it's cost neutral or not, we can't be scrutinising decisions MG and the board are making to try and make us better.

Blackwell Meadows needs digging up properly (similar to Bishops) if the pitch is going to be done properly. The surface of a football pitch is only as good as the ground beneath it.

MG has been very fair to Jameson. I do think, the time is near for change now so Edward Wilczynski may get the chance to show what he's about.

A reliable source has told me, Bishop pushed the boat right out to secure his services and he was a massive factor in them getting as far as they did in the FA Cup. Very highly rated I'm told.

Lots and lots of positives for me yesterday. Opening 15minutes we didn't really have a kick and Halifax came out of the blocks on fire, most notibly their right winger who I'm told is a Stockton lad. Just a thought but the away end at BM has no covering and it's standing only (I'm led to believe) so I can understand why Halifax may have struggled to sell the allocation, add to that no onsite bar.

While it's wet and bogging, let's mess the HP pitch up and not our new carpet at BM.
A bit of humour on my part, but in all seriousness, a game on our BM pitch while the rainy season is in full force, could result in the pitch been knackered for the remainder of the season.

I am told the FA cup takes priority. Think that means the league will decide when our game with Kidderminster is played, more than likely the Sunday, unless we both agree to a Friday night game.
