I thought a very good read, obviously he was on the DFCSG board a few years ago and sees the club starting to drift.
My view is , he should get himself back on the board where he can share his thoughts/ideas and help move the club forward.

If I employ someone or if they volunteer, legally I still have the same duty as care as if it were an employee. So .............. Yes, the board are volunteers, but they must be held accountable (same disciplinary procedure as an employee) for the state the club is in. 2023 has been a massive leap ...
