Re: Coming soon - Boost the budget
Pledges flying in again after the 20k news .Someone just pledged £1300.Well done whoever you are.Can actually see us getting close to the 80k target now as the total so far is just short of £50,000.Unbelievable support.

No.That pen against Sal£ord has gone against him for me.Thommo has been a different player since you know who left and could get it but my vote is for Josh Heaton.H1987 wrote:In spite of not being here all year... it has to be Reece, doesn't it?

Hopefully they’ll get Gazza involved with the legends game - he always brings in a decent crowd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Couple of shots of Gazza in the crowd at yesterday’s toon game.Poor bugger looked like an old man .Might be good for some PR but wouldn’t expect to see him on the pitch...

Know a bit about this. Jason and the McGill family have been loyal York City fans for decades. They have put their heart, soul and money into the Club. They do not deserve to be compared to transient investors in other clubs. Jason's company could only invest in the football club if they were confi...

Re: National League System - Re-Structure from 18/19
i can see Northern League clubs who are forcibly promoted just going through the motions in the higher division, not having any ambition and not actually caring if they get relegated back to where they came from, and i for one couldnt blame them If that happens then the “Home for Tea” league needs ...

Spoke to some of the North Ferriby fans during the match. Apparently they will cease to exist at the end of the season. Their new manager bought the club for £1 and he intends to move the club to Hull, join a local league and change their name to something like Hull Carnegie. The North Ferriby fans...

Re: Josh Heaton Fulham show interest
Darlo wouldn't want to start the next campaign with Heaton & Wheatley and then lose them at some unknown point mid season. It would be better to have advance warning of any departures, to both recruit and maintain a balanced squad. I hope that DFC will obtain lucrative sell-on clauses, as our owner...

Re: Spennymoor v Bromley @ Blackwell Meadows
Don't get this. The game should have been pro-actively re-arranged ages ago with the FA stepping in. And should probably have been scheduled for New Ferens Park, Durham. This is a ground which is elligible to host an FA Trophy match (it's not a league game), and is far less at the mercy of the weat...

So no Joe Wheatley today which is concerning - according to reports he was "rested". I wonder if he has turned down a new deal or something along those lines - shame if that is so - a win against Tamworth and North Ferriby, which are two very winnable games and we could be on the verge of the playo...
