I'd be mortified right now if I was a Grimsby fan.

I wonder what our old friend Poojah makes of it all.

Stone Roses-inspired fundraising idea

I think someone should set up a 50/50-style sweepstake (or similar) for every home game from now 'til the end of the season on how much of 'This Is The One' gets played at halftime before Scott has to cut it short

Re: Fans from other clubs yesterday.

Forest was possibly me in a black training top, i only travelled 3 miles to the game lol I think it may've been another Forest fan, as the guy in question was wearing this season's home shirt. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was cargill007 (as featured on darlouncovered's Twitter feed), but I may well ...

I thought Ramshaw's was a bit harsh tbh, yeah - more mistimed than cynical.

He and Scotty Harrison each took a booking for the team in the second half too.

Re: Revenue needed to become sustainable

£10 a month could maybe be set as a minimum with the option of paying more if you wanted.

That would probably more than cover the ca. £8000 shortfall to make up the £200K and provide a 'surplus' for any rainy days, an improved playing budget etc.

Re: clark keltie supprising

Ha ha ha, good shout! You just couldn't manage Wycombe because it was far too easy. For me, I felt Northwich Victoria was a fair challenge. They were rated at Good XX, so middle of the road, but their ground held something like 17,000 people, so consecutive promotions to the top flight could be sus...

Stalybridge were always by far the worst team on the original Premier Manager, but there was never any challenge in leading Wycombe to the Conference title.

Martin O'Neill had it well easy.

Looking forward to the journey up from York with the City fans taking the train on Saturday.

Hoping to persuade some of the lads I play football with to go up too, as there's a lot of goodwill down here for Darlo.
