I know things have been tough for then with their pitch, but Gainsborough Trinity are averaging higher attendances that Gateshead this season!
Pretty good going and shows where we "should" be! Nice to see how high Maidstone are as well gives me a lot of confidence on our return to Darlo!

Re: Darlo vs. West Highlights
I didn't think the tackle looked as bad as I'd heard but the camera didn't really catch it. The challenge on Bell was very naughty.
It's weird but one of my favourite highlights was Tait's pass when he fired it out to the left wing...technique was awesome!

I did find the Mirror's figures regarding their survey funny. I know he did, that's what I am saying. Some have suggested that players havn't been here enough of the season in the same breathe as naming Thompson as their player of the season (think Thompson only came 2 weeks before Gott). Tait of all people is the one that is wholly inaccurate! Other than Harr...

Joe Tait(even though he started for us well into the season) Where does this feeling that Tait started for us well into the season come from? He played in our 6th match of the season and has only missed 2 or 3 matches since. I didn't think Thompson came particularly early in the season but that mig...

Barrow were relegated this afternoon. Big game on Tuesday night in the conference. Gateshead v Stockport. If Gateshead win it gets them safe and if Stockport lose it will pretty much see them relegated as their final match is away at Kidderminster who will be in a position of needing to win that to...

I have spoken to loads of people in my area and at work and not 1 person has said anything decent about her. well that's it then, based on that and the what the people sat around DC said in the arena, we should probably give her a burial at sea just to save all the hassle. I suppose it's going to be largely useful in the sort of Geoff Hurst style "bounces-down-off-the-crossbar-onto-the-line" decisions. Can't see how it could work at corners, for instance, where there are loads of players in the way. Still like to see them introduce the extra-official they have in the...
