Re: Kev Burgess goes to Whitby on loan

Not surprised to be honest, Ken isn't getting any game time with us at the moment and he'll benefit from regular first team football. Wonder who will become our official captain in his absence? Pete you don't half wonder about some trivial things - who gives a fuck who the official captain is going...

Re: Match off

Where are the covers???? Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk I believe the covers only cover the penalty areas, which isn't much use really. The covers are still at HP in a right mess as they were dumped under the temporary stand 5 years ago and haven't been moved. They're absolutely massive and f...

Re: Salford match off

Only 4 matches in our league have survived the weather.

3 teams below us are playing and they could potentially push us further down the league - they are;FC UTD (Home/Brackley) Leamington (Home/Gainsborough) and Nuneaton (Home H'gate)

Re: Public Meeting - 11/12/2017

Could it not just be a consultation around the structure / future of the club. Things have had to be sorted out recently but I was expecting at some point DJ to reach out and say "look, are the fans wanting to maintain ownership or will they let it go?" Re:DJ, did anyone else pick up on his surpris...

Y.I.F.A !!

Here we go ...... This is in the news today, I'm not kidding - this group are setting up an international Yorks...

Re: York watch....

Gray's league record since joining York is no better than the departed Mills. He's not finding things easy that's for sure.

Mills, 17 points in 12 games. = av 1.4 points a game.

Gray,(lost3/drawn 2/won 3) 11 points in 8 games. = av 1.37 points a game.

Re: Match threads - not what they were?

Dear God, I despair about some of our fans at times. Feethams asked a simple question and all he gets in response is people jumping down his throat. I agree. This thread has pissed me off. Feetham's asks a question, and 10 minutes later I answer that question. What's the problem? Why do people feel...

By the way, what was the final score on Friday night? Eh.. You can post on a forum but can’t search out a FT result from 2 days ago. Jesus Christ. Re: Darlington v Harrogate Match Thread

Good win?

FC UTD imploded and for some reason decided to press the self destruct button - if I'd had been their manager that night I would have gone mental.

We've played better since then but not had much to show for it.

Yes, I see your point.

T.W's taken on a big task so patience is needed. The problems we now face have been brewing for a while so they're not going to be solved in the short term.

Re Darlo, I have plenty of patience at present.

Re: Darlington v Harrogate Match Thread

I disagree, I've had a look through and there seems to be a good number 'normal' games to come, after our hard spell. Not easy I'll grant you but other teams will be having side issues too and by then we should be a tighter unit. For instance one of the hardest ones on paper, Blyth at home - it's no...

Re: Darlington v Harrogate Match Thread

I still feel realistically confident. We need to accept that not too many points will be picked until the end of January, and this could mean us being in the bottom three at that time, however, after this - we will pull away. This problem was always going to happen, it's just Gray didn't fancy being...
