Re: The Boxing Thread
It's over after one pretty bizarre night of boxing? Lets be honest - it wasn't exactly a boxing masterclass by either fighter and I'd be surprised if Thompson was pleased with his performance either. Price was unlucky to lose the first fight, and I still can't explain what happened last night, but ...

Showtime are apparently charging $99.99 to watch the Mayweather - Alvarez fight, so it wouldn't surprise me if that was on the undercard. Thankfully, I get it all for £10 per month on Box Nation. Superb Channel.

They entered in time. Darlo 1883 were treated by FA as a new club & by time they formed it was too late to enter. The FA wouldn't treat the entry of the "old" club as being that of the new club. Its the FA Cup that requires you to have played in Vase/Trophy / FA cup in previous season The FA also d...

Name ten managers to have managed in the Premier League whose surname begins with the letter 'R'
I've got the scoring done - and surprisingly we have a new leader
It's pretty close though between everyone so far.

According to reports - Real Madrid are sending their strongest possible side over. The only players that will be left out are those that were involved in the recent Confederations Cup in Brazil.

Am I right in thinking that there may be a few byes in this round to make the numbers up? Thought I heard that somewhere. I'd expect Celtic to take quite a large number to the game which financially justifies the decision. What kind of team are Celtic expecting to send down? If it's largely a first team squad then it's without doubt the correct decision. Lets be honest, if we were in the same situation I wouldn't be co...
