it doesnt all have to be spent in pre-season though especially if there are a few bad injuries early on.

Re: Darlo vs Boro

Yeah it’ll be open, but they close at kickoff and don’t re-open till bang on half time. I don’t understand why they don’t leave the bar open if people want a drink. Before/after or during the game. isnt there some daft ruling that you cant serve alcohol in view of the pitch while the match is in pr...

Sounds like Andrew Nelson. Sadly live 150 miles away so will be QTV for me. Great shout Adam, fit or not he would be some signing and the type of player AA has been targeting with aspirations on getting into the EFL at some point. There is another three and a half weeks yet I think we will better last season's BTB .
it got off to a flying start last year then dried up before a late surge. maybe with 31st May being a bank holiday this year then it may pick up again

Re: New season starts 14th August

See that the National League starts a week later on 21st which is a little surprising given they have matches to play. On the plus side the slightly later start may give us more of a chance of getting crowds in. the play-off final isnt until 19th June so they have to account for that and need enoug...

Re: The Farsley game a year ago.

So it's just about a whole year since we last played a game in front of fans - and this makes for an eerie kind of anniversary. I remember standing next to one of the Farsley officials just before kick off and at that time he seemed to give the impression that the virus shouldn't be a big problem, ...

Re: Fundraising Ideas

What about just writing off any refunds from 20/21 season tickets? Personally, would be happy to do this, although can appreciate it should be optional. To calculate any refund would be complicated as season ticket holders have had some benefits such as QTV and to process refunds would add costs on...

Looks like this may help to resolve the need for the regular testing of employees. Perhaps a local company could offer access to lateral flow tests as part of some sort of sponsorship arrangement? If the season goes until the end of June, simply start the following season late September/early October and run that until end of May. Then start the season after that early/mid September, finish early May. Then back to normal the following season. It ain't rocket science, although I appreciate th...

Your not getting it Joma maydo upto 4xl but there actual sizing is well off. For a Xxl they give a 44 - 46" chest which would normally be a Large in mens clothing. Im normally a XXL which should be a 50 - 52" chest. Clothing these days ain't tailored too lets say the more rounded guys 🤣 Its all rel...

Question is, will Quakers be halfway through their backlog of fixtures by April? The lads will be getting a taste of full-time soccer as we will be doing 3 games a week at this rate. If we have to play 3 games a week, some people won't be able too or willing to pay top see all those matches, especially if we are struggling at the wrong end of the table. £7.99 is very reasonable, I doubt dropping it to £5.99 would increase the numbers to warrant a reduction. Especially as Darlofans Radio is free. In fact I would make it £7.99 minimum with an option to round it up for those that choose to or those that have several fans watching together. Liverpool ...
