Re: Salford match off
Loan star is right. We had them when moving them was no problem. No-one was to know what the FA would do to us. So squabbles apart we need to: Get the means to transport them to BM Negotiate their storage at BM Have the means to put them on the night before and take them off (someone with a tractor...

Re: Match off
If moving and manhandling these covers is such a problem how about cutting them into smaller units to make them more useable. You would still have the same overall area but in more sections. And I don’t suppose an old shipping container would cost a fortune to keep them in. Because if you cut them in...

Re: Match off
Where are the covers???? Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk I believe the covers only cover the penalty areas, which isn't much use really. The covers are still at HP in a right mess as they were dumped under the temporary stand 5 years ago and haven't been moved. They're absolutely massive and f...

Re: Match off
Should be an opportunity to play it next week as both teams a free. Got to be an away game according to Craig S as BM is being used. That's a shame - the drawbacks of ground sharing! We best hope Boxing Day is on otherwise we're going to have some cash flow issues (if we aren't already) Thinking ab...

How much space is required for this piping? I.E. Does it only require a couple of metres of space, therefore a terrace with an archway or something like that. Or as someone I know mentioned, terracing with a hinge on the side! The piss boiling thing about this b****** pipe is that Northumbria water...

Re: Saturday 16th December
Bringing forward an away game would mean extra expense for the club ( travel costs, possibly wages/ salaries for staff/ players including appearance monies) with no income. It would worsen cash flow now, but obvously would have the oposite effect later in season I used to think that people were har...

Re: The Blackwell Deal
Now we're more or less settled in at Blackwell, is there any chance we could get chapter and verse on exactly what our deal with the rugby club is? How are costs shared, who has which priorities, who gets what from the takings, what rights if any have we to share in the catering provision -- right ...

I was speaking with Chris hunter before the match on Saturday, he is having his operation this week and will be touch and go if he features again this season. The op is on he tendon, to screw it back to his bone. Same op Tom portas had last season. We witnessed this event at Ferriby. It really look...

Not a disaster as he proved himself to be reliable, although obviously Bartlett is outstanding at this level.

Re: Darlington v Spennymoor all ticket?
Well no more to be said less than 200 spend y fans ,pathetic. The club officially announced 373 in the Spennymoor end, and it looked about that. 373 is pretty pathetic for Spennymoor fans at the game, considering how close it is to them. What does that say about the Darlington attendance for a home...

Re: Darlington FC V Spennymoor match thread
I wouldn't say Spennymoor battered us first half, far from it. They looked good because we gave them so much time on the ball, stood off them and let them play. We hit the self destruct button once again, losing possession from our own throw in then Marrs didn't get anywhere near tight enough to Fo...

Caton is a winger ...if only we had a striker on the bench or could loan one in ..ermmmm Caton has played all his career so far as a winger from what I can see, and as I said when he signed, has a goal ratio of something like 1 in 10. By all accounts he's played well so far though and was working w...

Re: Boost in the Seating Phase 2
Just so I'm clear I'm not saying I'm all for or against a loan, just putting the idea out there. Would it hurt us more over the long term by not getting the seats in place v the risk of having not enough cash to run the club Given our recent history it would probably be harder to actually get a loa...

Started badly and got worse as the game went on .Absolutely abysmal performance and looked nothing like the team from Tuesday night.
Fair play to Telford.Worked us out no problem, stopped us in our tracks and took just about their only decent chance.

Until they are able to do something about sightlines down the sides and open end people will always be put off as theyll spend the match looking at the back of someones head. Perhaps, Yarblokos, you could help with the filming and editing then you will get to see them before anyone?
