I dont think you can just move kick off times, especially at this level, players and officials will have made arrangemnts, work commitments etc and also not to mention the fans who have planned for 12noon....apart from originalfatcat!!

They cant have many outgoings as they dont pay any wages so cant see how things can be that bad.
