Re: Thommo
The money Thommo has been allegedly offered is staggering. Despite being one of our top earners, a 50% pay rise, and a 5 figure signing on fee. We couldn’t possibly match this and he couldn’t possibly turn it down. Nothing personal Beano, but I'm always intrigued as to how third parties know the de...

Re: Potential new signings
Got to agree with Ghost, absolute no brainer we need a keeper, tough, no nonsense CB and a good striker to compliment Campbell and add to an already pretty good squad.Tez and Thommo are probably high earners but would like them both with us next season if AA can agree terms with them both.Cannot im...

Some really big decisions to be made in regards to the higher earners in the squad. I have a feeling one or two might go to give AA the chance to build the squad further

https://www.borehamwoodfootballclub.co.uk/uncategorized/boreham-wood-fc-update-by-chairman-danny-hunter-3/ A very pessimistic view of when non league will restart. Totally realistic. Re: Omar Holness
I thought Omar was getting better each time he played and a midfield 3 alongside Wheatley and Hatfield would be as good as anything in our league so disappointing if he goes.Could be that AA prefers a different formation in a 442 and deems Omar surplus as we still have Reid and Atkinson. Anyway, to...

Re: Boost the budget
Annoying if the local rag does not understand what we are doing there is no hope. This could be portrayed as a good news story. Fans rally round their club. Very disappointing the Echo can’t grasp what is going on under their own noses. Lazy reporting by an ill informed junior reporter. I'm sure, l...

Re: Omar Holness
Holness & Bascombe filled a hole when injuries had ravaged the squad and wish them both well in their future career, however they were at best only utility players. Donawa is a more gifted player & could turn a game so would want him in the squad for next season. Certainly when the 3 of them were a...

Nothing battling about that win. We were outstanding today. As has been said earlier, we should have scored several more and thought Thommo had finally scored 'that' goal with a diving header. On a quite dreadful pitch we played some lovely one touch stuff and in the final few minutes it was real 'o...

It is essential we keep Hatfield and Wheatley.
Losing Galbraith and Thommo could be the way to make that happen.
Not saying I want that to happen but........

Agree Holness should be in our starting line-up. There wasn't too much wrong with our midfield trio of Hatfield, Wheatley and Holness earlier in the season, was there?

Re: Kidderminster 1-1 Darlington
Definitely a point gained rather than two lost. We weren't at the races for large parts of the game but battled hard. Campbell's work rate was again fantastic - and still he gets slagged off by some of our own. A goal of the season contender from Hatfield - and a miss of the season contender for Kid...

It will be interesting to see Armstrong's stance on Thommo, Galbraith, Wheatley and Trotman all of whom will have been on larger contracts prior to is arrival. I would assume they will be offered reduced terms if they wish to stay. Throw in Ainge who will be out the door end of the season as well a...

The club should name the person concerned.
Andy Park was named on the club website after his season-long ban - there is no reason why this person should not be.
