Re: Poll: League proposal to have 6 teams in the play-offs
In National League there are at least 3 teams with 3G pitches who would not be allowed into football league so can't take part in playoffs unless they agreed to remove 3g pitch before the following season. If these 3 were to finish in top 7 then it would mean teams finishing 10th get to take part i...

I'd be happy if his agent gets him (and us) a lot of money in a transfer to a big club.

I think I like this idea - anything which acts to deter players from cheating can only be a good thing. I even see the young kids rolling around like they've been pole-axed on the local 5-a-side pitches where I live... copying off their heroes. I'm dead set against introducing any kind of technology...

Using iPad and Safari. First link gives grey bubble screen, second link works fine for me Thanks for your feedback, that helps. The grey bubble screen is on the DFCSG server which means that, for whatever reason, that's definitely a caching problem on your iPad. Glad to hear that the other link wor...

To be honest I'm still having the same problem ...

Didn't the same thing happen with the first pitch near the end when, I think, £3000 was suddenly withdrawn. Is it possible to find out if this is the same person? Could be a number of innocent reasons - maybe someone meant to put in £300 and put an extra zero on the end so went back in to cancel it...

Am I seeing things or has the stand fund gone down 4 grand .Sure it was at 18 this morning :eh: No, it seems to be fluctuating a bit - it's back up to £15k now. Could be some people have withdrawn, or switched it over to the BTB fund to help get that up a bit quicker. It could also happen that some...

Re the lack of directors and officials, why is it that a relatively large fan based club like Darlington is struggling to get people into key roles. I do not believe that any of the other clubs in North East non league football has paid officials ( except perhaps South Shields and in the past Whitl...

There’s a lot of finger pointing going on in the wake of current events, one I've seen here pointing right at me but I’ll take that on the chin and move on. First off we would be better off with Martin Gray than without him. I just think we should move on from that. A lot’s been said and not many of...

I think John Tempest and the rest of us are quite in favour of finding some external investment from somewhere, and investment which doesn't affect our current make up, but John more so because he's got a tough job to do and needs some help in the boardroom. I can understand if he feels disappointed...
