I don't think Richmond has a train station any more. The bus will take an age as it goes through villages, I think.

I imagine he is holding out to see what the developers will offer him. Chances are, however, he will walk away with nothing.

The developers have largely been silent on their plans - do we even know who they are? I would imagine they are not interested in running a Football Club. However, would they be interested in handing over the running of the club to the Rescue Group? Do we know if the Rescue Group had any discussions...
