Mitchell Cole, former Southend and Stevenage footballer, dies aged just 27. He retired back in February after Fabrice Muamba callapsed on the pitch, he had the same condition.

First player to score at the new Wembley. He retired when he found out about his condition but then came back to play at a lower level for some time then the Muamba 'thing' finally brought the curtain down.
