It is freedom of choice to pay any price to enter a ground to watch a football match. But you are always stronger as a union and every Darlington fan had that opportunity to unite by not attending the match at West Auckland. The atmosphere at English football is superb but use it to reduce the cost of your ticket not increase it.

not sure about this

"Next season they could knock off £32 from every single ticket, for every single game, for every single supporter in the Premier League and still have the same amount of money that they have this season because of the TV income."

What is the logic for that...by my sums they would actually lose out on £32 for every ticket for every game.

Must be getting more TV money next season - meaning that going up to cover the cost reduction on the tickets?

Then there's no excuse for clubs in the EPL then, if TV revenue is rising by that amount to carry on charging extortionate amounts must be easily protested against?
