It is freedom of choice to pay any price to enter a ground to watch a football match. But you are always stronger as a union and every Darlington fan had that opportunity to unite by not attending the match at West Auckland. The atmosphere at English football is superb but use it to reduce the cost of your ticket not increase it.

Then there's no excuse for clubs in the EPL then, if TV revenue is rising by that amount to carry on charging extortionate amounts must be easily protested against?
