Since it has reappeared again. Where do people 'stand' on this?

I can't help but feel as with a lot of things it is being so over complicated. I can tell by looking at the images of these safe standing areas that it looks quite robust! The important part of it is that it gives you your capacity based on the number of held up seats.

I can't help but feel the thing that has changed over anything to prevent Hillsborough happening again is that games are all ticket and the policing where there is a risk of big crowds.

I still reckon if you put 10,000 people into an all seater stand that could hold 5,000 the outcome wouldn't be great.
