I have no sound in the office, but looks to me like the ref signaled a goal kick with his arm.

Certainly my interpretation of events.


It is worth listening to the soundtrack, to listen to the apparently clueless commentators as they are talking about the (non-existent) free kick for the pass-back to the goalkeeper.
