Dani Alves
This just made me chuckle...

Basically in a recent Barcelona game Dani Alves came up to take a corner and a fan threw a banana at him...Cue one of the most amusing things ever...
He picked it up and ate it

Re: Dani Alves
Just read the article. I had seen Samuel Eto'o posting a picture of himself.
I hadn't realise that there had been a response from Villareal either that doesn't seem to have been widely reported.

Re: Dani Alves
Lets hope that the knuckle dragging moron who was responsible is caught and dealt with.

Re: Dani Alves
There has been a few players taking selfies eating bananas in a show of support for Dani Alves, Luis Suarez is one...lo36789 wrote:Just read the article. I had seen Samuel Eto'o posting a picture of himself.

Re: Dani Alves
Think you are mistaking the word reacting for dealing.fozzovmurton wrote:Quite an amusing way to deal with it i think
It's an amusing way of reacting to it. Does not in anyway deal with the problem. The very quickly initiated lifetime ban deals with it. Personally think public naming and shaming wouldn't go a miss either, it is a criminal offence as well isn't it?
Might make people think twice if their job prospects are going to be hampered.

Good to see such quick and proper action taken.shawry wrote:he's been banned for lifeTSQuaker wrote:Lets hope that the knuckle dragging moron who was responsible is caught and dealt with.

Re: Dani Alves
I know one banana will not change things..Yes, I got my wording wrong, my bad...And it is good that it has been dealt with quickly by Villareal...lo36789 wrote:Think you are mistaking the word reacting for dealing.fozzovmurton wrote:Quite an amusing way to deal with it i think

I agree with you people should be publically named and shamed, there is no need for it
