The pride of county Durham

Since you're all here so much I thought you'd like your own patch of land. It's free - just like your buses.

The pride of county Durham

Shouldn't that title be attributed to a club just outside a play off spot rather than one in the relegation zone ?😁😁😁

To be fair they have played all their games away so far. Will probably be different when they are in front of their own massive crowd to roar them on to a march up the league.

Their first home game is against York!!

Who cares.

We’ve just outplayed, out battled and comprehensively beaten a strong team who before today had not conceded a goal, yet we have another thread created about a team that play up the road and in the same league and are of no significance to us except for the two games we play against them this season.

Can this be moved to the very strange forum that has been created for them on here?

Spenny storing up problems due to missing these early home games. Now losing points as they are less matchfit than opponents and in future will face a backlog of home games. Good job they have a massive squad & don't rely on gate receipts to pay the wage bill!

Oh the grand old duke of Groves
He had lots of well paid men
He marched them up the Brewery Field hill
And he marched them down again

When they played up, they cocked up
And when they played down, they broke down
And when they were only halfway up
they were clearly messing around

Spenny now facing 5 games in 15 days which will stretch even their massive squad :o
