That really is excellent mate, but I think you've given yourself a massive headache as loads of people will want to play.

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
The way it's going to be set up it doesn't really matter if there's 1 or 1000 playing, it should just be a case of updating the main player list scores and then it'll filter thru to whoever has them selected in their team so the more the merrier really - would be good to get fans of other teams involved too as it'll shake up the selections a bit more.
Tried to get the player lists as accurate as poss but there's always a few that slip thru - shouldn't matter too much tho as it'll be a test of whether people are paying attention when picking their teams.

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
I'll play, what's the prize? Fuck all?
Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Prize is just knowing you're the king of BSP knowledge. Think
It would be too much of a chew to collect in an entry fee for prizes

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Great, great effort! I am looking forward to getting my teeth into this, even if I don’t fancy myself to do well.
Is Star Man the same as MOTM or like Man of the week or being selected in the team of the week?
And is the goal conceded (-1) penalty for all player in the conceding team or just keepers and defence?
Cheers

Star man will be the highest rated player on each team according to the non league paper.liddle_4_ever wrote:Great, great effort! I am looking forward to getting my teeth into this, even if I don’t fancy myself to do well.

Great Effort
Can I be a total pain and ask if an Excel or Word version is available?

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Is there a form/spreadsheet we fill in and e-mail or do we pm with a list or post our selections here?
COME ON DARLO!
Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Excel version is available - i'll upload it v.soon.
In regards to entry templates i haven't and don't think i'll have time to do one.
I need a team name and ID numbers minimum and i can validate entries from that. If you want to give any more detail feel free.
Please send all entries to bspff@hotmail.co.uk

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Crikey, that budget is hard to stick to but my team is picked

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Wanted to get people away from just picking obvious players and finding some dark horses, think that's part of the fun. Must admit i haven't picked my team yet but you've an average of 136K to spend per player.quakersam wrote:Crikey, that budget is hard to stick to but my team is picked
If people do generally feel the budget isn't enough we can tweak it a little?!

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Impressive, will get my team in as soon as i have a spare half hour
Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Great effort divas - I'll have a go at making a team now. Seems like the perfect way to prepare for a night out...
Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Great job divas, thanks for doing this. Will definitely have a go.
If it gets a bit of interest from other BSP fans (which I think it definitely would if we pushed it) how about extending deadline to the end of the transfer window?

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
7 teams signed up so far, yeah it'll be good to get some other teams fans interested. Was gonna get Quakerz to post it up on the non league forum.
Only prob with extending deadline is that it might be a bit of a chew re points scored if people are joining after the start of the season. Would like to get as many as poss involved tho so spread the word.

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
I've got a Premiership and Championship one going with a group of mates - couldn't tempt them into the BSP though. I'll be honest - I didn't have a clue what I was doing when I picked my team. I know our players (sort of) - that's about it!

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
Entered my team this morning - it was tough keeping to the budget, but fun trying to think of players outside of Darlo! Should be interesting - by the way, will there be a transfer window half way through the season where we can swap players round?
COME ON DARLO!

Just entered my team!

Re: Darlo Uncovered BSP Fantasy League
In the words of Duncan Bannatyne - "get the fuck off my daughter!"
Sorry, no, I meant - "I'm in!"
Team sent - gone big up top and at the back in terms of loot spent, so a weaker midfield save for one inclusion, I think.
