I think we can forget it.

It was an experiment that failed and clearly divas bit off more than he could chew. He seems to be not talking about it and hoping it will go away.

Or maybe he's got other priorities before this. Am sure he'll update you when ready.

It's too late now because most people will have lost interest.

Sure he will have other priorities but it isn't really an excuse is it? If you have a lot on, the last thing you want to be doing is taking on a fantasy football league. He shouldn't have started it.

It's probably taking him a while to add up all of Walshaw's points ! ;)

Seems this has gone completely flat now. A simple reply from Divas would be much appreciated to say whether we should all just forget about it now.

Apologies, i'm about 6 games behind with the scoring. When i decided to run it my day to day job afforded me plenty of time to sit and piss about, unfortunately since then we've been restructured and i rarely have a spare hour these days, that combined with me buying a house which i've been decorating every evening and weekend have meant it's been almost impossible to keep up with the two games a week.

Then you need to call it off and be honest about it. Surely?

If it gets done, it gets done, if it doesn't it doesn't. No skin of anyone noses is it? It's not as if there was any prize at stake or anything is it?!

I'd like to think that i'll get chance once things die down a bit to get caught up, i know it's a pain not having weekly updates as i intended but there's no real interaction until a Jan transfer window so the game would still work

Why don't you post the results you have done so far? Just make it clear to everyone when the results are applicable too. Keeps everyone happy then, even if you do an update a week and you're a few games behind I doubt anyone would care.

I agree with Anth that an update showing clearly at what stage the results are taken from would be better than silence.

I totally sympathise with your situation and I would recommend that you aim to send out updates once a fortnight not once a week so you have more breathing space. I would also knock the idea of a January transfer window on the head as it would be a huge amount of extra admin that you just don’t need.
