Even better - replays show that Ponting was not out. :D :D :D

Durham have Notts at 60-5, following on about 190 behind. :D :D
Started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left.

You both counted your chickens a bit too soon, 87-2 at tea. We're so useless at cricket.

Yes - But Durham have Notts at 79-9.

Steve Harmison has 6 for 20 - should have been playing at Lords.

How come Harmison can play for Durham in this game - the Durham game started on Wednesday - they batted first, were all out and 11 men batted - no sign of Harmison - then he doesn't make the England team so turns up and plays for Durham on day 2. Is there some rule in county cricket that allows a player hanging around waiting to see if he is playing for England to join a match late and replace one of the starters?

I don't know for certain, but I remember that Harmison was named in Durham's original squad for the game.

It's the same as putting a substitute wicket-keeper on; it can be done with the agreement of the opposition captain.
