CASH TURNSTILES

Post by Talc » Wed Jan 18, 2012 10:06 pm

As it looks like saturday might have a large attendance we really need to get people into the ground quickly. EVERYTIME we have had a big crowd the queues are massive putting people off. Remember saturday we may have fans of other local clubs coming along to show their love of football, not Darlo but football in general. If they stand around for ages waiting for a ticket then ages to get through the turnstiles they'll either piss off before the game or piss off after and not come back.

Lets look at all avenues to make it as smooth an entrance as possible and whilst I know the ideal situation would be everyone turns up with plenty of time to spare. That just won't happen so we need to make sure we can manage quickly. Surely cash turnstiles would help or has anyone ideas for a better system?

Tickets will be pre printer, so no one pissing about choosing a seat should speed things up. Hopefully plenty of volunteers can man the ticket office, we've got plenty of windows, just need to use them.

If people buying on the day can bring the correct money it'll help, better still tickets will be available from a number of outlets including the Northern Echo offices and ticket office will be open until 8pm every night

Pre printed tickets and staff/volunteers going down the queue selling?
Waiting for Raj to shaft them!
