Re: Money
I heard that Newcastle wanted a % of the gate receipts today which i should imagine they'll be entitled to whereas Sunderland let us keep it all apparently
Re: Money
No it fucking well doesn't!
The administrators are the watchers of the money until next Thursday. Then the money goes to the new company, the admin get whatever they are still owed, and fuck off.

Re: Money
Got to admit, I did find it strange this morning.
I went to pay for my season ticket and the guy said, "just write your details down because we're not taking any cards or processing season tickets until we're out of administration", but then I asked for a ticket to todays game, and they accepted my card and the payment was taken straight away.

Re: Money
Are you sure that you haven't misunderstood.
As I see it all of the money raised whilst in administration will of course go to the administrators to ring fence for certain things. No money will go to RS until we come out of administration. Just because the administrators are looking after it, doesn't mean that they're keeping it!

Re: Money
I did bring this up last month.
After todays antics by the administrators point is proven.
No Boro game no money for them, so they close the club, no more money comming in so no point being there, stuff the staff who work there we not paying any wages, its down to the new owner. How they work that one out beats me.
During administration they are in charge on of the day to day running the club,, so they take all income and dont pay the wages to those who have worked very hard during the freindly games and before them.
Administrators are a company, the dont do there work for nothing, they thought they would cash in on the big freindly games, one gets cancelled and they pull the plug.
like everyone else i am really angry with the administraors, for 2 reasons
1) for what they have done to the club the same as Mr Houghton
2) another loss of wages!

Re: Money
The money goes to the administrators, and they use it to pay the running costs of the club (although staff wages seem not to come into this). Bills, catering orders etc will be covered by this money - it doesn't ALL go into their pockets.

We will be playing at the arena again next season - fact.
Quakerz - if you actually attended games and spoke to people you might actually find our facts, rather than spreading s*** on this board.
