Flew Skopje-Budapest-London on Thursday night, attended a work seminar in London all weekend.
Caught the train up to Darlington on Sunday evening, stayed overnight with my mum.
Went to the ground on Monday morning, bought my tshirt and made a donation.
Caught the 1256 train back to London.
Monday evening flew London-Budapest-Skopje.
Back in the office on Tuesday morning.

Is that sufficient dedication? Darlo till I die!

Just got one, a mutual friend in Northallerton told me you have supplied significantly more than you thought you would, all good news for the club.

Badly done, I know! But I was following the score via Peter Barron's witter even while we were in the seminar! Couldn't believe it when we went 2-0 up!

Would it be better to wear it during the day and wash it over night?

a) more chance of others seeing it and
b) Off-peak energy

Is it also worth selling those rubber awareness bracelets that seem popular. Might be a way of raising cash and awareness, if we have them in black and white with Save The Quakers (or equivalent) embossed on it. I'd wear one!

Nike did two intertwined rubber bracelets a few years ago - I think it was some kind of anti-racism thing. They looked decent.

What we need is for a few people to get some posts on other clubs' message boards with a link through to the 'generic' T's that ANY football fan would be proud to wear. Any takers? Here's the main link again:

They are good and cheap. I think these would sell well.
Beats me why the club shop hasn't had these cheaper items in. They used to sell decent stuff a few years ago but in the last couple of years its been poor.

When you first mentioned the T shirt idea, I looked on your website for sizes and found that the largest was 2XL. I have a Darlo away shirt (4XL) which is just comfortable. Do you do bigger sizes than 2XL?

The Darlo strips are "continental" sizes, so you can probably knock a couple of X's off the size to start with.

My T-shirt is being worn by the passenger side seat in my van so everyone can see it, except for when i have a passenger, think i need another T-shirt to put on the drivers side and show the reverse of the shirt.

Mine arrived today. Wore it down the gym tonight in an awareness-raising session.
