Surely segregation will still be applied if the club or the local authorities want it or deem it necessary?

I was speaking to the girl who was on the line at the Chester v Chorley game the other night and she said they had crowd segregation there - but his may have been due to violence erupting last time the teams met.
I think it depends on the size of the club/attendance and importance of the game - basically along the lines of what MiB said. When we play Boston, Halifax, Chester & FC United I think we will need segregation but maybe not for smaller teams.
When we played at Droylsden in the cup there was segregation, but again that was special circumstances.

I think this is more or less correct.
The FA cup games will come under different rules.
I did think it was ridiculous having the East Stand open, or part of, for the 22 Bath fans.
No wonder we're skint!
