Craig in-and-out
Craig McKenna was logged on a few minutes ago (in the 1883 forum) but didn't say anything.
There's really nothing else to think or say, apart from something has gone badly wrong.
Craig?

Craig?
Craig in-and-out
Or he's busy preparing a statement having seen the tone on here?

Re: Craig in-and-out
I think he might not have needed to see the tone on here to know a statement was needed. BBC Tees couldn't get hold of him either.
Re: Craig in-and-out
There's already enough speculation flying around without having to second guess things based on Craig McKenna's browsing habbits.
I heard McKenna had a cup of tea after his lunch when he normally has coffee. BUT WHAT CAN IT MEAN? What are you trying to tell us, Craig?

I'm happy you're not concerned that the main person charged with the responsibility of communicating news came onto this message board...and said nothing. Yes, that is quite funny, isn't it?
Re: Craig in-and-out
Maybe he can't say anything yet?

How about "I know you're all anxious for news, but can't say anything yet?" He was here, after all.

Re: Craig in-and-out
He was on on Saturday when the news broke and didn't post anything either.
COME ON DARLO!
Re: Craig in-and-out
He'd just get slated for saying that. "Why can't you say anything, I bought a share, I demand to know what's going on" etc etc.

Re: Craig in-and-out
I am here, haven't gone anywhere. Unfortunately I am trying to make sure we get everything else done at the same time as being fair to the fans. I am here more than often trying to make sure we are answering all relevant questions that we can, when we can.
I spent a full 20 minutes updating Radio Tees tonight and he told me that he had more than enough information on The Arena position and the reasons behind our call.
I will be trying to answer as many questions as I can tonight, I am frustrated as the fans that some of the stuff going on behind the scenes can't be made public. As are the rest of the board of 1883.
But lets try and keep the questions to the ask 1883 forum to give me half a chance to respond.

Everyone will get that option.

should questions not be in the question forum?
Why not give the guy a break - he is sat at 2300 answering questions from idiots like us. Lets be greateful that we get some answers for once!

Re: Craig in-and-out
Thanks Guys ,I have invested £500.Upon receipt of the money I hereby promise not to post in the future.
However, seriously I am completely depressed about the whole situation.Though I not longer live in the town and already travel a round trip of 200 miles to watch the team, the thought of driving and watching a game in Shildon is quite frankly appalling.

Re: Craig in-and-out
We are all concerned, perhaps even depressed. It's not really a personal criticism just a point that Craig has bigger things on his mind than individual donations...more timing than anything else and I'm in the same boat. I also take your comments about ground share very seriously. I've not been to shildon but for some reason also find the prospect somewhat underwhelming given where we are now. For me though football is about memories and i've never quite bought "the club dies argument when we change ground and/or lose status". I'm going to drive up to shildon tonight to take a look. For some reason I can't stop thinking about when boro were evicted.shadwellman wrote:Thanks Guys ,I have invested £500.Upon receipt of the money I hereby promise not to post in the future.
