How innocent we were.

A painful 12 months behind us...and a long and difficult journey ahead.

But I've got the DVD, so I can remind myself it really did happen.

I watched the DVD about 6 weeks ago with the mates I went to Wembley with. We had just been beaten again on a Saturday afternoon but had decided to go out that night. We watched the DVD before we went out, getting pissed in the process.

Was great to relive the game. Also makes you miss the quality players/banter we had in Russell & Chandler.

It's fucking incredible how we've fallen, really it is, the Dan Burn money, the Wembley money, Wembley success, the attention, the coverage, the potential sponsors, the bandwagon, the commercial opportunity to seize(10k fans,) the platform to kick on from to promotion.

Yeah well we fookin nailed that like didn't we?

My pi55 is on fire when I think about this

Let me tell you something, People forget that on its maiden voyage there were over 1000 miles of uneventful, very pleasurable cruising before it hit the iceberg.

Relative to the expectation of the Titanic, which was said to be indestructible, the sinking of said ship is quite dramatic would you not agree.

It is the same for Darlo, winners of the FA Trophy a year ago, now we are being placed in the Evostik North.
