I did exactly that the other night, meeting up with the Mrs and kids after the game in the Metro Centre and staying back for a meal.

Yea Metro Centre is really close we've got a good deal at the Holiday Inn Express there for saturday night. I was getting a bit stressed last Tuesday night though when Dunston were beating Kendal Town 2-1 in the FA Cup with 5 minutes to play, if it had finished at that then the Darlo game would have been postponed as next round of the cup would have taken priority. So not only would i have missed the game but would have ended up with 2 full days at the Metro aaaagh!

The Dunston club site says there is a bar at the ground, but doesn't give any details. The Dafts website doesn't mention anything though.

Princes Town - thank for the info I was wanting a look at the ground and facilities,

Clash - thanks i was just mentioning that the Dafts website doesn't say anything about the bar at the ground, but the site probably tends to concentrate on real ale pubs.

really looking forward to the game :)
